Introduction to ‘myAversions’ app

myAversions is an app for monitoring your current state of fears and aversions.
These fears and aversions are your current ‘reactions’ to unpleasant situations in your life.
The aim is to abandon these fears and aversions one by one (see Guidance ‘Abandoning fear/aversion’ that explains how to proceed for abandoning them.

myAversions allows you to record and review your history.
You can access your history anytime to review how you have been progressing (or regressing) abandoning your fears and aversions.
You may delete a record if you find it not useful anymore.
All the data is yours and no-one has access to it other than you.

How to use it
"myAversions proposes the following colour-coding conventions to qualify your fears and aversions.

- Orange: big

Two screens list the fears and aversions as they were the last time you recorded them (the 1st time you use the app there is no record so they will be all green).nUpdate the colours (the selection goes circularly through the four colours) according to your progress or regress in abandoning them.nSave the summary of where you are today with your fears and aversions. This record will be the new baseline for the next time you use the app.
